Job Summary:
Our client, a leading company in the wholesale and retail industry, is looking for a Key Account Sales Specialist. This role is the primary contact for existing accounts in their territory, responsible for sales performance, customer relations, and growing sales volume of branded products. The specialist uses corporate tools to plan, monitor, and achieve sales objectives, while maintaining strong collaboration with customer service and lab teams. The role requires consistently meeting sales goals and regularly reporting sales results, plans, and personal development progress to the Sales Manager.
Main Responsibilities:
- Visit key accounts, including eyecare stores, eye hospitals, and supermarkets, to process orders, present sales promotions, and resolve customer issues.
- Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers while developing new business opportunities.
- Activate inactive accounts and assess client needs to present suitable products.
- Deliver product information and samples as required.
- Prepare daily and weekly visit plans.
- Develop account strategies and implement plans for key accounts.
- Achieve sales goals through client assessments, product demos, and presentations.
- Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure sales targets are met.
- Conduct market research and monitor competitor activities.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
- 4+ years of sales experience in distribution, wholesale, consumer goods, or other fast-moving products.
- Proven track record in meeting sales quotas, field visits, and closing deals.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong teamwork, networking, organizational, and time management skills.
- Highly motivated, target-driven, patient, persistent, and flexible.
- Strong negotiation and sales skills with emotional intelligence.
- Ability to travel frequently.
