Position Summary

The Admin & HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resources functions to ensure efficient day-to-day operations and effective employee support. This position plays a critical role in maintaining organizational structure, fostering a positive workplace culture, and driving employee development and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Management:

  • Oversee general office operations and ensure administrative processes are effective and aligned with company objectives.
  • Supervise office support services including facilities management, office supplies, and maintenance.
  • Maintain organized filing systems and ensure proper document control.
  • Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and exit processes.
  • Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping systems.
  • Handle employee relations matters and promote a safe, inclusive, and legally compliant workplace.
  • Develop and implement training and employee development programs to enhance performance and career growth.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Strong understanding of Cambodian labor law, environmental regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-service mindset.
  • Sales and negotiation skills are an advantage.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical conduct.
  • Patient, proactive, and able to work well under pressure.

Human Resources Management:
