Organized, target-oriented, and capable of managing the full sales cycle with accurate reporting and customer support.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Target Achievement
    Achieve or exceed sales targets for Room Air Conditioners (RAC), Package Air Conditioners (PAC), and VRF systems.
  2. Client Relationship Management
    Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including property developers, contractors, architects, and building owners.
  3. Negotiation & Deal Closure
    Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts effectively to secure profitable deals and maximize revenue.
  4. Internal Collaboration & Customer Support
    Work closely with Engineering and Customer Service teams to ensure smooth project execution and provide end-to-end support throughout the sales cycle.
  5. Sales Records & Reporting
    Maintain accurate sales records, pipelines, and customer interactions in accordance with PACBs sales management procedures.

Job Requirements:

  1. Industry Experience
    Minimum 3 years of proven B2B sales experience, preferably in air conditioning systems or related B2B products.
  2. Technical Sales Knowledge
    Good understanding of commercial air conditioning systems, including VRF (engineering-level knowledge not required).
  3. Communication & Interpersonal Skills
    Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage clients at all levels.
  4. Negotiation & Problem-Solving Skills
    Excellent negotiation abilities and a strong problem-solving mindset to achieve win-win outcomes.
  5. Results-Oriented & Organized
    Target-driven, well-organized, and able to manage time effectively in a fast-paced sales environment.
