Job Summary

The Executive Office Manager (EOM) ensures the smooth, structured, and efficient operation of the Executive Office. Reporting directly to the CEO, the role supports executive coordination, governance execution, documentation quality, and follow-through on CEO directives across the organization. The EOM acts as a key link between the CEO and departments, ensuring alignment, accountability, and timely execution.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Executive Office team, ensuring high standards of professionalism and accuracy.
  • Oversee executive office operations, documentation, correspondence, and administrative workflows.
  • Manage CEO calendar, meetings, agendas, minutes, and action tracking.
  • Coordinate communication and follow-up between the CEO and department heads.
  • Prepare executive reports, summaries, and briefing materials.
  • Track action items, priorities, and performance indicators; report progress and risks.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
  • 3–5 years experience in executive office management or senior administrative support for C-level executives.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital collaboration tools.
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and coordination skills.
  • High attention to detail, professionalism, and discretion.
