Job Summary

The Corporate Sales & Marketing Manager is responsible for leading and executing the overall marketing strategy of the clinic to strengthen brand awareness, increase patient acquisition, and build long-term corporate partnerships. This role oversees corporate marketing, digital marketing, event management, branding initiatives, and business development activities to support the clinic's growth objectives. The Marketing Manager will also supervise the marketing team, manage campaigns, and ensure effective communication across all marketing channels.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Marketing & Business Development

  • Develop and implement annual marketing strategies and action plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify market opportunities, customer trends, and competitor activities to improve market positioning.
  • Lead business development initiatives to expand partnerships with corporate clients, NGOs, insurance companies, schools, and other organizations.
  • Develop healthcare packages, promotional programs, and strategic campaigns to increase revenue and patient engagement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and business partners.

2. Corporate Marketing & Partnership Management

  • Manage and strengthen relationships with corporate clients and partners.
  • Lead negotiations and coordination for corporate healthcare agreements and collaborations.
  • Organize and conduct corporate presentations, networking activities, and client meetings.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery and follow-up for corporate accounts.
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify opportunities for account growth.

3. Digital Marketing & Brand Management

  • Oversee all digital marketing platforms including Facebook, TikTok, Telegram, Website, and other social media channels.
  • Lead the development of creative content, digital campaigns, and online advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance including engagement, reach, leads, and conversion rates.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communication channels.
  • Coordinate with designers, photographers, and video production teams for promotional content creation.

4. Event Management & Public Relations

  • Lead the planning and execution of marketing events, health campaigns, CSR activities, exhibitions, and community engagement programs.
  • Coordinate event logistics, promotional activities, media coverage, and public communication.
  • Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate healthcare information and professional event delivery.
  • Develop relationships with media partners and external agencies to enhance brand exposure.
  • Evaluate event effectiveness and prepare post-event reports and recommendations.

5. Team Leadership & Reporting

  • Supervise and mentor marketing staff to ensure high performance and professional development.
  • Set KPIs and monitor team productivity and campaign effectiveness.
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports for management.
  • Manage marketing budgets and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Collaborate closely with operations, medical, and customer service teams to support business goals.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare, hospital, clinic, or service industries.
  • Strong experience in corporate partnership management, digital marketing, and event management.
  • Proven leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms, digital advertising tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects effectively.
