Job Summary:
The position is responsible for managing end-to-end Human Resources and Administrative functions, ensuring effective recruitment, staff management, compensation, performance evaluation, workplace safety, and overall HR operations aligned with organizational goals.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment, selection, onboarding, and staff orientation processes
- Manage employee records, ID issuance, attendance, leave, and performance evaluations
- Oversee compensation, benefits, allowances, and payroll coordination with banks
- Monitor HR costs, budget tracking, and prepare management reports
- Support strategic planning and annual staff evaluations
- Supervise administrative operations including transportation, correspondence, meetings, and internal communications
- Ensure workplace health and safety compliance
- Maintain effective communication and working relationships across the organization
Key Performance Indicators:
- Monthly HR & Administration cost reporting
- Staff turnover rate
- Budget management and tracking
- Internal communication effectiveness
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in HR Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office applications
- Strong English communication skills (written and spoken)
- Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and reporting skills
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle pressure
- Willingness to travel when required and deliver presentations effectively
