Job Summary:

The Accountant is responsible for supporting daily accounting operations of the electronics business. This role handles invoicing, data entry, AR/AP, and QuickBooks records, and supports the accounting team to ensure accurate financial information.

Main Responsibilities:

• Issue sales invoices and record transactions
• Perform accurate accounting data entry
• Handle Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP)
• Use QuickBooks for daily accounting records
• Prepare basic reports using Excel
• Maintain and file accounting documents
• Support other accounting tasks as assigned

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• Knowledge of QuickBooks
• Basic understanding of accounting principles
• Good Excel skills
• Detail-oriented and well organized
