Job Summary:

Senior Officer, GPS and Monitoring responsible for monitoring GPS and AI camera systems, ensuring route and parking compliance, validating delivery distances, and detecting potential fraud or security issues. The role also handles customer and driver communication, delivery coordination, incident investigation, and daily operational reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

Proactive Client Communication & Order Verification

  • Conduct pre-delivery verification calls to confirm order details, delivery location, quantities, and site readiness.
  • Provide real-time delivery updates, including truck departure and estimated arrival notifications.
  • Coordinate communication between customers, drivers, and operations teams to resolve delivery issues and changes.

Route Compliance & Parking Enforcement

  • Monitor GPS tracking to ensure drivers follow approved routes and designated transport corridors.
  • Verify compliance with authorized parking and rest areas.
  • Identify, investigate, and report unauthorized route deviations and unplanned stops.

Fraud Detection & Investigation Support

  • Monitor GPS and AI camera systems to identify suspicious activities and high-risk zone entries.
  • Escalate potential fraud, theft, or security concerns to relevant teams immediately.
  • Support investigations by providing tracking data, trip records, and incident reports.

Delivery Distance Validation

  • Validate actual travel distances against approved route plans and GPS data.
  • Investigate mileage discrepancies and route variances.
  • Maintain accurate records for operational analysis and cost control.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain records of customer calls, complaints, delivery updates, and operational incidents.
  • Prepare daily GPS and AI camera monitoring reports highlighting compliance and security findings.
  • Generate delivery distance validation reports and monitor key operational performance indicators (KPIs).

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation Management, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in GPS monitoring, fleet operations, logistics coordination, transportation control, or related fields.
  • Experience using GPS fleet management systems, vehicle tracking platforms, and monitoring tools.
  • Experience in customer service, dispatch operations, or transportation coordination is highly desirable.
  • Proficiency in GPS tracking and fleet management systems.
  • Knowledge of route optimization and transportation compliance practices.
  • Strong analytical and investigative skills.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to analyze GPS data, AI camera records, and operational reports.
