Summery:
HVAC Technical Support Engineer — Provide technical consultation and hands‑on support for commercial B2B HVAC projects: analyze requirements, size/select systems, review installation designs, conduct site surveys, coordinate contractors, support installation/commissioning/handover, and assist pre‑sales. Requires HVAC education, control systems knowledge, contractor coordination experience, good English, basic MS Office, travel readiness, and strong problem‑solving/teamwork.
Job Responsibility:
1. Provide technical support and technical consultation for B2B commercial HVAC customers
2. Conduct customer requirement analysis (cooling/heating capacity, application, site conditions, operation needs)
3. Select and recommend HVAC systems based on project requirements
4. Review and advise on installation design for refrigerant piping, drainage piping, electrical power supply.
5. Perform site surveys and confirm installation environment and technical conditions
6. Coordinate with contractors/subcontractors and provide technical support during installation
7. Support testing, commissioning, handover, and project acceptance
8. Support sales activities as a technical engineer (pre-sales support when needed)
Job Requirements:
1. Knowledge of HVAC control systems (central controller, scheduling control, etc.)
2. Experience coordinating with contractors/subcontractors for installation projects

5. Ability to communicate in English (spoken and written)
