Job Summary:
The Admin & HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring effective office operations, employee relations, and continuous staff development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Supervise general office administration, including logistics, housekeeping, and office supplies.
- Manage staff attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
- Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and safety standards.
- Prepare HR-related announcements, notices, or official communications.
- Maintain communication with government institutions (NSSF, Labor Department, etc.).
- Prepare and submit HR and administration reports to the CEO.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources.
- At least 3 years of experience in Administration and HR Management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of Cambodian labor laws.
