Job Summary:

The Admin & HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all administrative and human resource functions, ensuring effective office operations, employee relations, and continuous staff development.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Supervise general office administration, including logistics, housekeeping, and office supplies.
  • Manage staff attendance, leave records, and payroll processing.
  • Monitor employee performance and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staff development activities.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company regulations, and safety standards.
  • Prepare HR-related announcements, notices, or official communications.
  • Maintain communication with government institutions (NSSF, Labor Department, etc.).
  • Prepare and submit HR and administration reports to the CEO.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Administration and HR Management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and document management.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Good understanding of Cambodian labor laws.
