Role Summary

The Sales Leader oversees and drives sales performance for Company's development projects. The role involves building and managing a sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with Company's community-first mission.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

  • Lead daily meetings and monitor team performance.

  • Support the team in lead generation and deal closing.

  • Coordinate with Marketing and Events teams for campaigns and activations.

  • Ensure excellent customer service (sales through service).

  • Handle VIP clients and resolve customer issues.

  • Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly).

  • Maintain professional networks and market knowledge.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (real estate preferred).

  • Proven success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.

  • Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

  • Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

  • Independent, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
