About the job Sales Leader (Real Estate)
Role Summary
The Sales Leader oversees and drives sales performance for Company's development projects. The role involves building and managing a sales team, implementing sales strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction aligned with Company's community-first mission.
Key Responsibilities

Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.

Lead daily meetings and monitor team performance.

Support the team in lead generation and deal closing.

Coordinate with Marketing and Events teams for campaigns and activations.

Ensure excellent customer service (sales through service).

Handle VIP clients and resolve customer issues.

Prepare regular sales reports (daily/weekly).

Maintain professional networks and market knowledge.
Requirements
-
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience in Sales, Marketing, or Business Development (real estate preferred).

Proven success in achieving/exceeding sales targets.

Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.

Fluent in English; Mandarin is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and report preparation.

Independent, organized, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
