Job Summary:

Our client, a world-class organization known for its authentic quality and culture, is expanding rapidly. We are seeking a professional and proactive Agent Admin Manager to manage agent relationships and drive sales performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full lifecycle of agent relationships, including onboarding, contract renewals, compliance checks, and periodic audits of documentation and licenses.
  • Work closely with legal and compliance teams to handle agent contracts and licensing updates.
  • Monitor agent sales performance against targets and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Support agents with sales forecasting, promotional planning, and stock level management.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and agents to ensure timely communication of policies, updates, and product information.
  • Organize training sessions and compliance workshops for agents.
  • Develop and maintain SOPs for agent administration and recommend workflow improvements.
  • Collaborate with relevant teams to enhance digital tools for agent management.
Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in FMCG, beer, or beverage industries.
  • Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills, capable of engaging senior leaders.
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented with ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with distributor or agent models in FMCG or beverage sectors.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours and manage stressful situations effectively.
