Job Summary:
The Key Account Sales Specialist is responsible for managing and growing sales within assigned accounts, including eyecare stores, eye hospitals, and supermarkets. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring customer satisfaction while coordinating with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Visit key accounts to manage orders, present promotions, deliver product samples, and address client concerns.
- Maintain and grow existing business; prospect and develop new accounts in the territory.
- Plan daily and weekly visits, implement account strategies, and monitor competitor activities.
- Collaborate with sales team and other departments to ensure targets are met.
- Provide reports and insights to management regarding sales performance and client needs.
Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.

4+ years experience in sales, distribution, wholesale, or FMCG.

Proven ability to meet/exceed sales targets with strong negotiation and customer service skills.

Proficient in MS Office; organized, target-driven, and able to travel frequently.

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
