Job Summary

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring efficient facility management, excellent guest service, smooth recreational activities, and overall operational excellence.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the resort and ensure smooth business operations.
  • Develop and implement operational plans and procedures.
  • Plan, organize, and oversee recreational programs and events.
  • Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and community activities.
  • Ensure all facilities, equipment, and recreational areas are clean, safe, and well-maintained.
  • Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate employees.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve guest concerns.
  • Manage contractors and external service providers.
  • Prepare operational and financial reports for management.
  • Perform other duties assigned by management.

Main Requirements: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in resort, hospitality, or operations management.
  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
