Job Summary

Our client, a leading commercial bank, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Business Officer to lead its Corporate Banking and Global Transaction Banking businesses. Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer, this role will drive sustainable business growth, strengthen corporate client relationships, expand transaction banking capabilities, and deliver innovative financial solutions that support the Bank's long-term strategic objectives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the Corporate Banking and Global Transaction Banking divisions to achieve sustainable business growth.
• Build and strengthen long-term relationships with corporate clients, positioning the Bank as a trusted financial partner.
• Develop and implement products and services that meet the evolving needs of corporate customers.
• Lead the development and enhancement of digital banking solutions for corporate clients.
• Drive new business acquisition while retaining and expanding existing corporate relationships.
• Develop ecosystem partnerships by expanding SME value chains and payroll business opportunities.
• Establish and monitor divisional KPIs to ensure strong business performance and strategic execution.
• Collaborate with the CEO and senior leadership team to execute the Bank's growth strategy.

Main Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 15 years of senior leadership experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, or Transaction Banking.
• Proven track record in business growth, corporate relationship management, and revenue generation.
• Strong expertise in corporate banking, commercial credit analysis, and transaction banking.
• Strategic mindset with excellent commercial acumen and leadership capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Chinese language proficiency is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
