Head of Finance

Industry: Retail, Distripution 

The Finance Manager will oversee the full spectrum of financial operations, including full-cycle financial planning and projections, as well as staff supervision at a retail company.

Key responsibilities:

• include managing accounting (A/R, A/P, G/L, taxation), cash flow, banking, inventory control, sales audits, financial reporting, budgeting, and business analysis.
• The role also involves developing internal controls, supporting audits, and providing strategic financial insights to senior management. Leadership duties include team development, recruitment, and system implementation.

Requirements:

• Cambodian national with a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance (CPA/ACCA/CA preferred)
• 5-10 years experience in finance, ideally in inventory or logistics
• Strong leadership, Excel, and reporting skills
• Familiarity with Cambodian tax laws and ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Japanese/Chinese is a plus
