Job Summary:
The Senior Specialist, Web Development, is responsible for designing and delivering scalable, high-performance web applications. This role provides technical leadership, ensures high UI/UX standards, and drives frontend innovation to strengthen the Banks digital platforms.

Main Responsibilities

• Design and develop scalable frontend applications using Angular and Tailwind CSS.
• Write clean, testable, and high-performance code following best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth API integration and consistent UI/UX.
• Ensure accessibility, security, and compliance standards.
• Improve CI/CD pipelines to support automation and reliable deployments.
• Provide technical guidance and contribute to architecture and solution design.
• Continuously enhance digital experiences using user feedback and analytics.

Main Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 4+ years of experience in frontend web development.
• Strong skills in HTML, CSS (Tailwind), JavaScript/TypeScript, and Angular.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and frontend-backend integration.
• Basic knowledge of Docker and CI/CD processes.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and committed to high-quality delivery.
