Job Summary:

The Sales Supervisor is responsible for driving sales performance, expanding business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. This role requires leadership skills, strategic sales planning, and the ability to support business growth in a competitive market.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and business partners
• Identify new business opportunities and market trends
• Prepare sales reports and monitor sales performance
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
• Support and supervise the sales team in daily operations

Job Requirements:

• Able to communicate in Chinese with HSK Level 5 or above (汉语水平考试)
• Minimum 4 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
• Target-oriented with good leadership abilities
