Job Summary:

Responsible for managing warehouse and spare parts operations to ensure efficient supply, accurate inventory control, and timely customer support. The role oversees purchasing, demand forecasting, and quality management while maintaining compliance with company standards and safety regulations. It also involves monitoring key performance indicators (MOI, PSR), preparing SAP-based reports, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Warehouse & Spare Parts Operations

  • Manage spare parts purchasing processes and related procedures through the SAP system.

  • Oversee spare parts sales, supply, and delivery to ensure timely and efficient customer

    support.

    Conduct demand forecasting to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize shortages or overstocking.
  • Perform regular inventory control, stock checks, and ensure alignment between system and physical stock.
  • Ensure spare parts quality and compliance with company standards.

  • Monitor and control spare parts pricing while supporting cost optimization initiatives.

  • Manage and control loan unit allocation, return processes, and inventory documentation.

  • Maintain warehouse 5S standards, optimize layout efficiency, and ensure safety compliance.

2. KPI Control for Spare Parts Operations

  • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs), including Monthly Inventory (MOI) and Part Supply Ratio (PSR).
  • Identify performance gaps and implement improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.

3. Reporting

  • Generate SAP reports for inventory closing, stock cycle counts, and discrepancy analysis

  • Prepare reports on discontinued parts, parts purchasing summaries, and spare parts error tracking.
  • Provide data-driven insights to management for operational decision-making.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse or spare parts management roles.

  • Hands-on experience with SAP, ERP, or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

  • Good communication and reading skills in English.

  • Knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, or continuous improvement principles is an advantage.

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
