Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is looking for an HR & Admin professional to handle recruitment, HR operations, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background, strong communication skills, and a stable career history.
Main Responsibilities:
- Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
- Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and other documentation.
- Handle general administrative duties, including office management and supply coordination.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Cambodian labor laws.
- Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Good communication skills (spoken and written).
- Previous experience in a similar role covering recruitment and HR operations, preferably in manufacturing.
- Stable employment history no frequent job changes; minimum of 2 years in the most recent position.
