Job Summary:
Our client, a reputable manufacturing company, is looking for an HR & Admin professional to handle recruitment, HR operations, and general administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a relevant educational background, strong communication skills, and a stable career history.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
  • Support HR operations such as onboarding, employee records, attendance, and leave management.
  • Prepare HR-related reports, letters, and other documentation.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including office management and supply coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and Cambodian labor laws.
  • Provide administrative support to other departments as needed.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Previous experience in a similar role covering recruitment and HR operations, preferably in manufacturing.
  • Stable employment history no frequent job changes; minimum of 2 years in the most recent position.
  • Unemployed candidates will not be considered.
