Job Summary:
Our client is an MFI and looking for an Admin Manager to lead and manage all administrative functions, including procurement, fixed assets, facilities, and general office support. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations, cost efficiency, and effective support for overall business functions.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the Admin Department, including budgeting, planning, and daily operations.
  • Manage procurement: sourcing, quotations, vendor negotiation, contracts, purchase orders, and cost savings.
  • Supervise building and office management, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and regular maintenance.
  • Control and maintain company assets, machinery, and equipment.
  • Lead, recruit, and train administrative staff, ensuring effective team performance.
  • Manage contracts (service, maintenance, rental) and ensure timely payments.
  • Support new office setup, decoration projects, and renovations.
  • Organize company events, meetings, and activities.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve admin efficiency.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
  • Experience in administration, real estate, or purchasing is preferred.
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office and budget management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
