Job Description:

  • Support the Head of HR & Admin in managing daily HR operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.
  • Oversee the recruitment process from job postings to onboarding new employees.
  • Create and implement employee engagement initiatives that improve workplace satisfaction and productivity.
  • Ensure HR data is accurate by conducting regular audits and maintaining records in the HR system.
  • Promote employee engagement initiatives that align with DPDHLs goals to foster teamwork and motivation.
  • Manage Compensation & Benefits (C&B) administration, including leave records, medical/life insurance, and work injury issues.
  • Manage sensitive employee data, including personal information, job history, retirement and insurance documentation, leave accrual records, and details of illness, absences, transfers, and salary progression, ensuring compliance with privacy standards.
  • Analyze data and prepare reports for management on employee demographics, absences, overtime, and turnover rates. Respond promptly to inquiries from employees, managers, and external agencies about HR-related information while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Compile and analyze market surveys related to Compensation & Benefits to improve organizational practices.
  • Stay updated on all employee-related legislative and regulatory changes, ensuring that necessary updates are reflected in HR systems, policies, articles, and practices.
  • Liaise with relevant ministries to ensure the organizations compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Foster strong cross-functional relationships with key partners in other departments to enhance collaboration and support organizational goals.
  • Complete other tasks assigned by the Head of HR & Admin

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resource management, Law, Business or relevant fields is required.
  • Good in Speaking/Reading/Writing English is required.
  • At least 3 - 5 years of experience in Human Resource.
  • Strong computer skills (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, and Email).
  • Demonstrates professionalism, honesty, integrity, and teamwork.
  • Smart, able to work under pressure, and capable of completing work within deadlines.
