Job Summary

The Digital Marketing Manager develops and executes strategies to drive online traffic, brand awareness, and customer engagement. The role manages multi-channel campaigns (social media, search engines, email, websites), analyzes performance, optimizes ROI, and ensures consistent brand messaging across all platforms while aligning digital initiatives with overall business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the Digital Marketing team to deliver on company objectives.
  • Plan and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more.
  • Optimize website SEO, performance, and user experience to increase conversions.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance (Google Analytics, Meta Insights, etc.) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Coordinate sales content and align campaigns with sales initiatives.
  • Oversee marketing budget, promotional campaigns, and brand management.
  • Guide and evaluate the digital marketing team, providing coaching and feedback.
  • Maintain internal communications to keep teams aligned with marketing goals.
  • Stay updated on emerging digital tools, trends, and best practices.
  • Prepare regular performance reports for management.
  • Other duties assigned by Head of Marketing.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing or related field.

  • 7-8 years relevant experience in digital marketing.

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, analytics, and digital platforms.

  • Proficient in MS Office, digital tools, and design applications.

  • Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and project management skills.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

  • High integrity, proactive, collaborative, and results-oriented.
