Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment and onboarding for our coffee shop operations. The role focuses on hiring store staff such as baristas and supervisors, and ensuring new employees join the company smoothly.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment: job posting, CV screening, interview coordination, job offer, and hiring.
- Recruit baristas, store staff, and supervisors for shop operations.
- Prepare employment contracts and onboarding documents.
- Conduct onboarding and explain company policies and working standards.
- Follow up with new employees during the probation period.
- Maintain employee records and support basic HR administration.
Main Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience in HR or recruitment.
- Experience in F&B, retail, or service industry is preferred.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Organized, responsible, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic knowledge of Cambodian Labor Law is a plus.
- Basic English communication is an advantage.
