Job Summary
The School/Program Manager leads and manages assigned school programs to ensure high-quality education, student well-being, and alignment with MoEYS standards and organizational values. The role works closely with teachers, parents, and stakeholders to drive academic excellence and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
1. Academic Leadership
- Oversee program implementation, curriculum delivery, and continuous improvement.
- Ensure effective student assessment and maintain accurate academic data.
- Use data to identify gaps and implement improvement plans.
2. Staff Management
- Manage class schedules and academic planning.
- Supervise teacher performance through observation, feedback, and coaching.
- Support staff development and promote a positive team culture.
3. Student Support & Environment
- Monitor student performance, attendance, and retention.
- Implement support programs for at-risk students.
- Ensure discipline, safeguarding, and a safe learning environment.
4. Parent & Stakeholder Engagement
- Maintain strong communication with parents and community.
- Ensure compliance and reporting to MoEYS and relevant authorities.
5. Coordination & Reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams for effective program delivery.
- Prepare reports and support planning and budgeting activities.
Main Requirements:
- Master's degree in Education or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in teaching or school management.
- 2–3 years in a leadership role.
- Experience with curriculum implementation and teacher supervision.
- Familiarity with MoEYS standards required.
- Strong leadership and team management.
- Knowledge of pedagogy and student assessment.
- Coaching, communication, and data analysis skills.
- Understanding of child protection and school safety.
