Job Summary:
The Boutique/Guesthouse Manager is responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, managing staff, maintaining property standards, and driving overall business performance. This role includes administrative tasks, customer service, sales, and operational management.
Main Responsibilities:
Guest Services
- Ensure a warm, professional, and friendly experience for all guests.
- Handle guest inquiries, reservations, complaints, and special requests.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and take action to improve service quality.
Operations Management
- Supervise daily operations including check-in/check-out, housekeeping, and maintenance.
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and proper upkeep of rooms and common areas.
- Coordinate repair and maintenance work with external vendors.
- Oversee inventory of supplies and amenities.
Staff Management
- Prepare staff schedules and ensure proper shift coverage.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching when needed.
Financial & Administrative Duties
- Manage daily cash flow, petty cash, and prepare financial reports.
- Monitor revenue, occupancy rates, and operating expenses.
- Handle procurement, stock control, and cost management.
Sales & Marketing
- Promote boutique/guesthouse through online platforms and social media.
- Manage online booking platforms (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.)
- Coordinate promotions and packages to increase occupancy.
- Maintain strong relationships with travel agents, partners, and local businesses.
- Candidates with a proven ability to generate profit for the business are preferred.
Main Required:
- Bachelor's degree in hospitality, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in hotel, boutique, or guesthouse management.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and reservation systems.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.

- Friendly, patient, and service-minded.
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail.
- Honest, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and holidays if needed.
Working Conditions
- Full-time position, on-site.
- Some overtime or shift flexibility may be required depending on guest needs.
- Willing to travel, Phnom Penh, KEB, KOH KONG.
