Job Summary:

To lead and supervise logistics operations, ensuring timely shipments, cost efficiency, smooth import/export processes, and high team performance.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise logistics operations including import/export, transportation, and warehousing.
  • Coordinate with shipping lines, trucking companies, and customs brokers.
  • Monitor shipment schedules and resolve issues promptly.
  • Prepare reports for management and recommend process improvements.
  • Supervise, mentor, and provide training to logistics team members.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor KPIs (delivery time, accuracy, cost efficiency) and report performance.
  • Negotiate rates and contracts with carriers, freight forwarders, and service providers.
  • Coordinate with finance/accounting on billing, invoicing, and cost control.
  • Support planning of warehouse capacity, stock movements, and inventory management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in logistics/shipping.
  • Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Good English communication skills (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of customs clearance and international trade documents.
