Job Summary:

Results-driven Sales Executive with 2 - 3 years of experience in chemical sales. Holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical, Food Science, or a related field. Proficient in English and computer applications, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about exceeding sales targets through effective customer relationship management and solution-oriented selling.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio and start projects
  • Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate products and solutions
  • Summarize customer visit report immediately after the visit
  • Capture customer visits and projects in DKSHs state of the art Customer relationship management (CRM) tool Salesforce.com, immediately after each visit
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
  • Service existing customers and always identify new opportunities
  • Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.
  • Execute the company sales & marketing strategy.
  • Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
  • Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
  • Review your own sales performance, ensuring to meet or exceed targets

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Chemical, Food Science or related field
  • Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in chemical sales
  • Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.
  • A passion to (over-) achieve the sale target
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and positive thinking
  • Self-starter/Self-driven
