Job Summary:
Results-driven Sales Executive with 2 - 3 years of experience in chemical sales. Holds a Bachelors degree in Chemical, Food Science, or a related field. Proficient in English and computer applications, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and passionate about exceeding sales targets through effective customer relationship management and solution-oriented selling.
Main Responsibilities:
- Arrange meetings with customers to identify opportunities, introduce our portfolio and start projects
- Listen to customer requirements and present appropriate products and solutions
- Summarize customer visit report immediately after the visit
- Capture customer visits and projects in DKSHs state of the art Customer relationship management (CRM) tool Salesforce.com, immediately after each visit
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers in person, and via telephone calls and emails
- Service existing customers and always identify new opportunities
- Continuously identify, develop and explore new business opportunities with all customers to achieve the sales target.
- Execute the company sales & marketing strategy.
- Attend meetings and contribute to company strategy and policy-making as required
- Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
- Review your own sales performance, ensuring to meet or exceed targets
Main Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Chemical, Food Science or related field
- Minimum 2 - 5 years experience in chemical sales
- Excellent command of English (verbal & written) and computer literacy.
- A passion to (over-) achieve the sale target
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proactive and positive thinking
- Self-starter/Self-driven
