Job Summary:
The Team Leader guides, trains, and manages a team of associates responsible for data annotation and event data analysis, while supporting operations, quality, and client deliverables. This role also performs hands-on production work as needed.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Operations & SLA Management: Coach team members, monitor work quality, ensure SOP compliance, and support achievement of productivity and quality targets.
  • Training & Mentoring: Conduct pipeline training, provide technical guidance, and improve team efficiency.
  • People Management: Set objectives, monitor performance, provide feedback, implement improvement plans, and encourage engagement.
  • Reporting & Admin: Prepare daily/shift reports, update internal and client data, coordinate schedules, and support IT issues.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Act as backup PM, handle high job volumes, and communicate with clients as needed.

Main Requirements:

  • Good English (speaking, reading, writing), analytical, and MS Office skills.
  • Strong team leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.
  • Flexible for 9-hour rotating shifts (24/7).
  • Ability to train, supervise, and motivate associates, and propose process improvements.
