Head of Leasing

Job Summary:

Our client is a leading real estate company in Cambodia, specializing in retail and commercial properties. They are seeking a Head of Leasing to lead the leasing team, manage all leasing activities, and maximize occupancy, rental income, and tenant mix while ensuring compliance and strong tenant relationships.

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the leasing team, including recruitment, training, and performance development.
• Develop and implement leasing strategies to achieve occupancy and revenue targets.
• Negotiate lease agreements, renewals, and amendments with tenants.
• Monitor leasing budgets, forecasts, and financial performance.
• Maintain accurate tenant records and ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with Operations and Marketing to align leasing activities with business objectives.
• Build and maintain strong tenant and client relationships to support business growth.
• Provide management with regular reports on leasing performance and market opportunities.

Main Requirements:


• Bachelors degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in leasing or real estate, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of leasing practices, market dynamics, and financial analysis.
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strategic thinker with problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficient in leasing software and Microsoft Office.
