Job Purpose:

The Senior System Engineer is responsible for managing DP CLOUD's IT and Data Center infrastructure, ensuring high availability, security, and cost-effectiveness. This includes managing virtualization, backups, monitoring, and cloud services, while improving automation and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain on-premise and cloud-based Data Center infrastructure.
• Optimize virtualized environments (ZStack, VMware, etc.).
• Ensure disaster recovery and business continuity.
• Monitor system performance, security, and compliance.
• Troubleshoot complex issues and minimize downtime.
• Collaborate with vendors, teams, and subcontractors.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and stay updated on IT technologies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience as an IT System Engineer.
• Proficiency in Windows Server, Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu, etc.), and virtualization.
• Experience with backup systems, storage, monitoring software, and server hardware.
• Familiarity with network management, containerization, and security best practices.
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
