Job Summary:
Our client, a Global Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, is seeking an IT Senior Manager to provide tactical support for our local IT teams across multiple global delivery centers. This hands-on role involves overseeing IT operations, network infrastructure, cybersecurity, compliance, and service delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while leading teams and solving technical challenges in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
Main Responsibilities
IT Operations & Infrastructure:
- Oversee local IT teams managing system administration, networking, computing, and storage.
- Ensure server and data storage strategies are optimized for efficiency, cost, and performance.
- Ensure IT service level agreements (SLAs) are met for both internal and external clients.
- Maintain IT asset management and keep documentation of business systems up to date.
Cybersecurity & Compliance:
- Implement proactive security measures to prevent cyber threats and ensure real-time threat detection.
- Oversee cybersecurity readiness across the enterprise, working closely with local IT teams to mitigate risks and enforce security policies.
- Maintain and test disaster recovery (DR) and business continuity plans (BCP).
- Oversee ISO, SOC, TISAX, and NIST certifications and audits.
- Conduct regular cybersecurity training and awareness programs across global teams.
AI Integrations:
- Champion AI adoption and integration across the business, collaborating with various teams to implement AI-driven solutions that improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
Desktop & Service Support:
- Lead local teams to troubleshoot and resolve IT tickets effectively.
Ensure timely escalation and business impact assessments for critical IT incidents. - Continuously improve IT helpdesk processes to enhance response times and the overall user experience.
Team Leadership & Growth:
- Lead, develop, and mentor a global IT team across multiple countries and time zones.
- Ensure continuous skills training and career development for IT staff to keep them engaged and growing.
- Foster a culture of innovation, transparency, and accountability within the IT teams.
Main Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in Google Workspace administration and IT infrastructure management.
- Working knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks such as ISO, SOC, TISAX, and NIST.
- Proven ability to lead teams across multiple time zones and cultural environments.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and technical troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments.
