Job Title: Head of Operations - Dry Food Manufacturing

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Head of Operations to oversee and manage the manufacturing operations of our dry food products. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient production processes, maintain high-quality standards, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize production efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Oversee daily manufacturing operations to ensure timely and high-quality production.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with the quality assurance team to maintain product standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of production managers and staff.
  • Coordinate with supply chain and logistics to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and finished products.
  • Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency.
  • Prepare and present operational reports to senior management.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in a senior operational role within the food manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in using manufacturing software and ERP systems.
