Job Description:
- Drive market expansion by analyzing supply, demand, trends, and competitors to increase market share.
- Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve objectives and uphold company values.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.
- Monitor and evaluate team performance, sales targets, and collections.
- Visit customers, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
- Analyze sales and collection reports to identify and implement improvements.
- Develop and motivate the sales team with clear targets and regular coaching.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience in sales or marketing.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
