Job Description:

  • Drive market expansion by analyzing supply, demand, trends, and competitors to increase market share.
  • Lead and mentor the sales team to achieve objectives and uphold company values.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and meet customer needs.
  • Monitor and evaluate team performance, sales targets, and collections.
  • Visit customers, contractors, and consultants to resolve issues and ensure satisfaction.
  • Analyze sales and collection reports to identify and implement improvements.
  • Develop and motivate the sales team with clear targets and regular coaching.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree required.
  • Experience in sales or marketing.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
