Manage trade inventory (Tier2) and price index to meet target

Essential responsibilitiesGeneral responsibilities Lead development MT and Ecommerce strategy. Provide guidance
in translating strategy into impactful programs to achieve defined
business objectives.
Manage and monitor budget investment in MT and Ecommerce
platform
Drive offtake and well-managed trade inventory to reach target set.
Lead the development and execution of above the line marketing
campaigns and go-to-market activities, including in-store
promotional initiatives.
Drive monitoring of target achievements/return on investment and
the effectiveness of trade marketing programs executed.
Lead the preparation of sales, trade inventory and price index
reports and analysis for decision making
Develop category-specific strategies and budgets in consultation
with internal stakeholders (e.g. Field Sales, Business Development,
Client Management, Customer Account Management, Field
Marketing), ensuring alignment with sales strategies, marketing
initiatives, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with clients and vendors to ensure
effective execution of trade marketing plans.Leadership responsibilities Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive

Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of

knowledge Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the business
and industry, including product categories and channels.
Proven capabilities in marketing planning, market research and
demand forecasting, as well as a deep understanding of customer
needs and client marketing needs.
Demonstrate advanced research and analytical skills.
Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word
and PowerPoint).
Demonstrate fluency in English (both written and spoken)

Education Degree or professional qualification in Marketing/Economics/Business
Administration or a related discipline
Masters in marketing/economics/business administration will be an
