Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage trade finance portfolio, ensuring growth and income targets are met.
  • Process trade finance transactions, including letters of credit, bank guarantees, and collections.
  • Monitor bill payments, expiry dates, and use SWIFT for transactions.
  • Conduct credit investigations and site visits to assess loan feasibility.
  • Prepare credit appraisal reports and financial analysis for loan approval.
  • Maintain existing clients and acquire new trade business.
  • Collaborate with the Branch Manager and relationship team for support.
  • Develop trade finance policies and procedures.
  • Monitor key risk indicators and provide advisory to credit staff.
  • Train staff and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, accounting, finance, or banking.
  • At least 5 years of banking experience, with 3 years in trade or credit assessment.
  • Strong credit evaluation and analysis skills.
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and prepare credit papers.
  • Good communication and writing skills in English.
  • Self-motivated, responsible, and loyal.
  • Knowledge of trade finance services and trade loans.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment.
