Our client, a commercial bank, is seeking an IT Governance to enhance security policies, monitor security controls, and promote a compliance culture across the organization. Strong IT security, governance experience, and communication skills are required.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and enhancing security policies and standards.

  • Create plans to review and monitor the results of security controls.

  • Ensure proper implementation and management of security controls procedures.

  • Report and escalate issues based on the principles and rules of policies and standards.

  • Continuously improve review and monitoring processes.

  • Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

  • Build strong collaborative relationships with Phillip Bank's specialists and other stakeholders supporting your duties.

  • Promote cybersecurity awareness at all levels of management and employees, fostering a culture of compliance with IT security policies, industry standards, and regulations.

  • Perform other related tasks as required by management.

Main Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in security, system/network administration, or development.

  • Strong knowledge of IT security concepts.

  • Experience in security governance.

  • Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills for presenting to senior management.
