About the job IT Governance

Our client, a commercial bank, is seeking an IT Governance to enhance security policies, monitor security controls, and promote a compliance culture across the organization. Strong IT security, governance experience, and communication skills are required.
Main Responsibilities:

Assist in developing and enhancing security policies and standards.

Create plans to review and monitor the results of security controls.

Ensure proper implementation and management of security controls procedures.

Report and escalate issues based on the principles and rules of policies and standards.

Continuously improve review and monitoring processes.

Handle tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

Build strong collaborative relationships with Phillip Bank's specialists and other stakeholders supporting your duties.

Promote cybersecurity awareness at all levels of management and employees, fostering a culture of compliance with IT security policies, industry standards, and regulations.

Perform other related tasks as required by management.
Main Requirements:

Bachelors degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

3+ years of experience in security, system/network administration, or development.

Strong knowledge of IT security concepts.
-
Experience in security governance.
-
Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
-
Strong verbal and written English communication skills for presenting to senior management.
