Job Description:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
- Identify and target new business opportunities in the logistics industry
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet sales quotas
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
- Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
- Prepare and present sales reports to management/GM on a regular basis
- Inbound and outbound handling with local partners (trucking company, shipping line, substitute partner, airline, GSA or CSA) and overseas networks.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven track record of successful 3-year sales experience in the logistics industry
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management practices
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
