Job Description:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and achieve revenue targets
  • Identify and target new business opportunities in the logistics industry
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals to meet sales quotas
  • Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth delivery of services to clients
  • Provide excellent customer service and address any client concerns or issues in a timely manner
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors to stay ahead in the market
  • Prepare and present sales reports to management/GM on a regular basis
  • Inbound and outbound handling with local partners (trucking company, shipping line, substitute partner, airline, GSA or CSA) and overseas networks.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proven track record of successful 3-year sales experience in the logistics industry
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management practices
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and Outlook.
