A leading real estate company in Cambodia is seeking an HR professional to manage recruitment, employee relations, performance reviews, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Key duties include conflict resolution, training development, and maintaining employee records.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee staffing, recruitment, interviews, and hiring.
  • Ensure job descriptions comply with Cambodian Labor Law.
  • Address and resolve employee issues and conflicts.
  • Ensure company compliance with Labor Law.
  • Use performance tools for guidance and feedback.
  • Enforce consistent application of company policies.
  • Conduct performance and salary reviews.
  • Support and guide HR & Admin staff.
  • Counsel employees on company policies.
  • Manage recruitment process, including job postings.
  • Develop training and development programs.
  • Assist with performance management.
  • Maintain employee records (attendance, performance).
  • Review employment conditions for legal compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in management or related field
  • 2+ years of experience
  • Strong communication, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
  • Detail-oriented with organizational and analytical abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
