IT Supervisor/Asst. Manager/Manager

Overseeing all technology operations and evaluating them according to established goals

Main Responsibility

  • Devising and establishing IT policies and systems to support the implementation of strategies set by upper management.
  • Analyzing the business requirements of all departments to determine their technology needs
  • Managing information technology and computer systems
  • Controlling and evaluating IT and electronic data operations
  • Managing IT staff.
  • Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures.
  • Manage and coordinate IT projects from development to installation; liaise with clients, vendors, and consultants.
  • Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
  • Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time.
  • Audit systems and assess their outcomes.
  • Preserve assets, information security and control structures.
  • Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness.
  • Other relevant tasks assigned by either Direct Manager or Managing Director.

Other Support

PC USER:

  • Software to be install MS Office 360, AVICAD, Nitro or Adobe Reader, 7zip, Avast,
  • Install Printer Kycera TASKalfa 4052ci etc.
  • Join client PC to domain
  • Repairing and replacing PC system and equipment as necessary
  • Maintain user PCs, including upgrades and configuration as needed
  • Monitor and respond quickly to incoming requests relate to IT issues

Server Work:

  • Create User on AD,
  • Create Email for new staff
  • Support on Network issue to troubleshoot

Maintenance Client PC:

  • Dust clean mostly at site office.
  • Arrange schedule according to site on going.
  • Support on Network issue to troubleshoot
  • Providing technical support across the company
  • Keep inventory of all equipment, software, and license users
  • Testing new technology and software application
  • Possibly training more junior staff members
