- Organize various events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs.
- Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and attendee registration.
- Prepare and keep all FESC photos from relevant events on an external drive.
- Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and promotional materials related to events.
- Coordinate event execution, managing schedules, speakers, logistics, and troubleshooting.
- Serve as the main point of contact for attendees, vendors, and media representatives during events.
- Create and post all FESC activities on Facebook and Telegram.
- Share important and updated news from MoEYS and relevant ministries.
- Develop engaging content for social media and respond to inquiries.
- Collaborate with designers and team members for visually appealing posts.
- Coordinate with other press release media.
- Take photos for boards at various events.
- Develop and update FESC news/events on the website, including text, images, and multimedia.
- Work with IT to implement technical updates.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
- Experience with graphic design software.
- Proven experience in managing events from conception to execution.
- Good level of English Proficiency.
