Responsibilities:

  • Organize various events such as conferences, workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs.
  • Manage event logistics including venue selection, catering, audio-visual needs, and attendee registration.
  • Prepare and keep all FESC photos from relevant events on an external drive.
  • Write and distribute press releases, media advisories, and promotional materials related to events.
  • Coordinate event execution, managing schedules, speakers, logistics, and troubleshooting.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for attendees, vendors, and media representatives during events.
  • Create and post all FESC activities on Facebook and Telegram.
  • Share important and updated news from MoEYS and relevant ministries.
  • Develop engaging content for social media and respond to inquiries.
  • Collaborate with designers and team members for visually appealing posts.
  • Coordinate with other press release media.
  • Take photos for boards at various events.
  • Develop and update FESC news/events on the website, including text, images, and multimedia.
  • Work with IT to implement technical updates.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the Secretary General and President.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field.
  • Experience with graphic design software.
  • Proven experience in managing events from conception to execution.
  • Good level of English Proficiency.
