Job Description 

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement supply chain strategies that align with the organization's overall business goals. This includes forecasting demand, optimizing inventory levels, and managing supplier relationships.
  • Sourcing and Procurement: Identify, evaluate, and select qualified suppliers to meet the organization's needs. Negotiate contracts and manage supplier performance to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery.
  • Logistics and Distribution: Oversee the efficient movement of goods from suppliers to customers. This includes managing transportation, warehousing, and inventory control.
  • Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks that could disrupt the supply chain, such as natural disasters, political instability, or changes in supplier performance.
  • Technology Integration: Leverage technology solutions to improve supply chain efficiency and visibility

  •  Job requirement 
  • A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3- 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with increasing levels of responsibility.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of supply chain management best practices and methodologies.
  • Experience with relevant supply chain software applications.
