Job Summary:
Join with our client international company, This company is kind of Garment Factory, Manufacturing. For this role is handle work closely with regional HR office to lead, manage, direct HR policies, program and system that support the organizations vision, mission, value and goal. Design compensation and retention strategy to reduce overall employee turnover and keep high performer on board. Moreover, open for expat only and can speak chines.
Main responsibilities:
- Work closely with regional HR office to lead, manage, direct HR policies, program and system that support the organizations vision, mission, value and goal.
- Develop and implement recruitment policy, actively get involves in recruitment activity by timely review its effectiveness to ensure meeting company's manpower needs/plan.
- Design compensation and retention strategy to reduce overall employee turnover and keep high performer on board. Benchmark and periodically review with management team.
- Strictly execute company regulations in accordance with business requirements and labor codes.
- Manage HR budget, resources and vendors to ensure comply with company's ethical standard.
- Manage the performance management cycle effectively, to ensure that performance reviews are conducted according to company policy.
Main Requirement:
- Only open for expatriate.
- Minimum bachelor's degree in human resource study.
- At least 5 years of progressive HR experience with 3 years in managerial role with ability to lead a team of more than 20 headcount.
- Minimum 3 years hand-on experience in garment industry.
- Familiar and well-understand Cambodia employment law and regulations governing human resource.
- In depth knowledge and experience with compliance audit.
- Excellent English communication, both written and spoken. Candidate with ability to speak or write Mandarin (Chinese) is an added advantage.
- To be stationed in Phnom Penh, Cambodia.
