Job Summary:

The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all business operations, project execution, and financial performance. The GM ensures that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet the highest quality and safety standards, while maintaining client satisfaction and fostering company growth.

Main Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, including project management, financial planning, and staff supervision.
• Develop strategies to drive growth and profitability.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Lead and mentor teams, including project managers and engineers.
• Manage client, subcontractor, and vendor relationships.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards.
• Monitor financial performance and implement cost control measures.
• Develop risk management strategies and oversee procurement.
• Represent the company in industry events.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the CEO.

Main Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Masters preferred).
• 15+ years of construction industry experience, with 5-8 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of project management, regulatory compliance, and construction processes.
• Proven success in project delivery and business growth.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and financial skills.
