Responsibilities
- Develop Customer Relations Management Strategies:
- Planning and developing customer relationship management strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitoring and improving customer communications for maximum effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the data analyst for analyzing customer data to understand purchasing behavior and trends.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales and marketing team to organize the event.
- Preparing reports and analyzing the performance of CRM campaigns, providing suggestions for improvements.
- Build Customer Relationships:
- Coordinating with various teams to provide efficient customer service and respond quickly to customer needs.
- Tracking and evaluating customer satisfaction, presenting methods for improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
- Hands-on 0-2 years experience in customer relations or marketing.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office suites, including Excel and PowerPoint.
- Potentiality to manage projects and be able to work as a team with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
