Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process for manufacturing roles, partnering with management to identify staffing needs.
- Employee Relations: Promote a positive workplace culture and effectively resolve employee issues.
- Performance Management: Implement and manage performance appraisal systems, supporting managers in development conversations.
- Training & Development: Assess training needs and oversee safety training programs to ensure compliance.
- Compensation & Benefits: Administer competitive compensation packages and benefits programs.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
