Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws and maintain accurate employee records.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field.
  • 5+ years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of HR laws and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
