Personal Assistant to the General Manager
Job Description:
- To assist the GM in all administration duties
- To manage the planning of the GM, including the interface with external bodies
- To facilitate duty trip arrangement, internal/ external and official events
- To facilitate GM integration & interface with Cambodia specificities and riles
- General Assistance of the GM: agenda, duty trips, personal facilitate, business contact management, various files management.
- General Administration of Airport management department
- External and internal communication execution
- Coordination with management and admin -OPEX/CAPEX budget preparation
Job requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in business administration, international relations or related field.
- Minimum 3-year experience in office administration or corporate communication supporting service
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- English language (Very good)
- Good interpersonal skills
- Planning & organizing skills
