  • Essential responsibilities:

General responsibilities:

  • Manage operating departmental budgets and costs according to annual allocations to ensure efficient usage of resources, where applicable
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and activities, based on clients' business strategies and objectives to achieve annual sales targets
  • Define advertising objectives, recommend choice of media, and allocate resources so that advertising and promotional activities are effective and appropriate for their intended audience
  • Prepare marketing budgets and allocation for clients to optimize funds and increase sales objectives
  • Monitor and follow up on the execution progress of the marketing plans for clients
  • Conduct performance review meetings with clients on the implementation/progress of marketing strategies and plans
  • Measure and track return on investment for marketing initiatives in achieving sales goals, evaluating effectiveness and overall brand awareness
  • Cooperate with clients and other external third parties for marketing activities
  • Strengthen and/or maintain close relationships with key clients
  • Analyzing market trends and preparing forecast for management evaluation and insight
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving objectives, including the impact of digital marketing, consumer promotion and ground activation.
  • Other task assigned by immediate managers.

Leadership responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee teams delivery of team/function goals to drive execution against goals set
  • Drive and manage learning and development of team in the area of Brand Management and DKSH behaviors to achieve team/function goals

Drive self-learning and improvement in the area of Brand Management and DKSH behaviors as part of continuous learning

Job requirements:

  • Demonstrate working knowledge on principles and methods of marketing strategy, advertising and promotion
  • Demonstrated knowledge on media production, communication and dissemination techniques and methods

  • Demonstrate fluency in English, both written and spoken
  • Demonstrate proficiencies in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

Education:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, or related discipline

Work experience:                                                                                            Minimum 5 years experience in Marketing
