Strategic Planning & Development: Develop and implement strategic plans to promote
the growth of the SEZ, attract investments for both domestically and internationally, enhance competitiveness. This includes infrastructure development, policy formulation,
and stakeholder engagement.
Operation Management: Oversee the daily operations of the SEZ, ensuring efficient
management of resources, adherence to regulations, and achievement of performance targets.
Investor Relations and Promotion: Actively promote the SEZ to potential investors, both
domestically and internationally. This involves marketing the zone's benefits, facilitating
investor inquiries, and helping through the investment process.
Stakeholder Management: Liaise with government officials, business leaders, and other
key stakeholders to foster partnerships, resolve issues, and advocate for policies beneficials to the SEZ.
Compliance and Regulatory Oversights: Ensure compliance with applicable laws and
SEZ regulations among businesses within the zone. This includes overseeing customs, tax
matters, and environmental regulations.
Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the SEZ, including budgeting, financial forecasting, and investment analysis. Ensure optimal utilization of funds
and resources for infrastructure development and other critical projects.
Human Resources Management: Lead and manage the SEZ's workforce, ensuring staff.

Typically, a master's degree/bachelor's degree in business administration, economics,
International Trade, or a related field.
At least 10 years of experience in management roles, preferably in economic zones,
industrial parks, or related fields. Experience in international trade, investment attraction, and public-private partnerships is highly valued.
Proven record of success in economic development, project management, or similar
