We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead a strategic initiative focused on improving eye health in rural communities through the distribution of essential glasses. This impactful project is a collaboration between our enterprise group, international NGOs, and government bodies, aiming to serve underprivileged populations across multiple regions.
Main Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
- Develop detailed project plans covering timelines, resource allocation, risk management, and contingency planning.
- Align activities with the strategic goals of the donor group and partner organizations.
Government & Stakeholder Coordination
- Serve as the main liaison with local authorities, village leaders, and government departments.
- Coordinate surveys and logistical planning with community health officials.
Field Operations Management
- Build, train, and lead a large field team for outreach, data collection, and material distribution.
- Monitor execution to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with project standards.
Community Engagement & Data Collection
- Conduct community visits to promote the initiative and validate demographic data.
- Oversee design and implementation of health surveys to assess local needs.
Sales & Marketing Integration
- Support awareness efforts and integrate marketing strategies to maximize reach and impact.
Reporting & Monitoring

Track field performance and project milestones using appropriate tools.

Deliver regular reports on progress, outcomes, and community impact.
Main requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Public Health, Project Management, Development, or related fields.
- 5 years experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder projects in enterprise, NGO, or government settings.
- Proven experience working with rural communities and local government partners.
- Strong expertise in field operations, surveys, marketing, and data collection.
- Track record of leading cross-functional teams in challenging environments.
